Returns & Exchanges
We are pretty darned sure you're going to love your new gear, but in the event that you are certifiably insane and/or you just don't dig it for some reason, we're happy to work with you to make it right.
Our Returns & Exchanges policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. (If you're outside of this 30 day window, please contact us and we'll try to work something out for you on a case by case basis.)
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in or accompanied by the original packaging along with an official Return Authorization number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
You will be responsible for paying costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your returned product to reach us, may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to protect yourself against packages being lost in transit.
